Scanning the Chakras

In this 3-hour class, designed for beginners, you will learn to develop your natural intuitive abilities to help you feel a person’s aura and scan their 7 major chakras with your hands. You will learn how the strength or weakness you feel in each chakra relates to the health and emotions of the person you are scanning.

The chakras are wheels of energy spinning at thousands of points on our bodies. Their job is to collect and distribute the energy of life that our bodies use to function. When any one of the major chakras becomes week, the body will experience corresponding physical or emotional weaknesses, that over time can develop into serious problems. One of the first signs of impending problems is that the aura, which collects the energetic output of all the chakras, starts to become weak. If this can be detected in time, and the weak chakras corrected, serious physical and emotional disturbances can be averted.

In this class, students will learn hands-on using techniques passed down to me from my Reiki Master John Harvey Gray, who was the longest practicing Reiki Master in the West until his death a few years ago. It’s a technique that has stood the test of time, and also includes information John called “Emotionality and the Chakras,” a guide to understanding the emotional states and conditions associated with strength or weakness in individual chakras, or in combinations of chakras.

By the end of this Chakra Scanning Class you will be able to:

  • Sensitize your hands and feel the energy between your hands
  • Use your hands to check for general physical vitality in the aura
  • Use your hands to scan the major chakras and feel for strength or weakness
  • Interpret the emotions or conditions of each weak chakra you find
  • Perform a simple meditative visualization to help balance the chakras
