What You’ll Learn:
In this beginner-friendly course, you’ll begin to develop your natural intuitive abilities. You’ll learn how to:
• Sense and interpret energy in yourself and others
• Use Reiki for self-healing and to support others
Our experienced instructor will guide you through four powerful meditative initiations (also known as attunements). These open and align your energy system to the Reiki frequency — giving you permanent access to Reiki for life.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a simple, natural method of hands-on energy healing, developed by Mikao Usui in Kyoto, Japan. After training, Reiki flows effortlessly from the practitioner’s hands into the energy field and cells of the person receiving it. This gentle, intelligent energy works to:
• Restore balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually
• Support natural healing processes in the body
• Create harmony within and around you
Unlike other healing systems, Reiki includes a unique attunement process that ensures you’re channeling universal life energy — not your own. This protects your energy while amplifying your ability to help others.
By the end of this First Degree Reiki Class you will be able to:
• Apply Reiki energy to yourself and others, and sense the energy as it flows through your hands.
• Feel the energy of the person receiving treatment and perceive areas of reduced vitality.
• Appreciate that attitudes can create dis-ease in the mind, and how the physical body can be affected.
• Apply the Reiki Precepts in their daily self-treatment practice
• Apply Reiki energy on pets and plants.
Course Format
🗓️ Duration: 16 hours over 2 days
🕙 Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a lunch break around 1 PM)
📚 Structure: The class is divided into four segments, each 3–4 hours long
In each segment, you’ll receive a new attunement to progressively strengthen your connection to Reiki.
By the end of the 2-day class, you’ll:
• Be permanently attuned to Reiki
• Be confident using Reiki for yourself and others
• Carry a powerful tool for healing and balance, for life
