In this weekly Reiki Self-Treatment Circle, students gather online to practice Reiki self-treatment together in a steady, supportive rhythm. Each session offers quiet, guided time to place the hands, settle the breath, and return to the foundations of Reiki practice.
Self-treatment supports balance of body and mind by creating the conditions for Reiki to flow naturally. Practicing regularly helps students reconnect with simplicity, presence, and steadiness, qualities that support both personal well-being and the ability to offer Reiki to others with clarity and care.

The Reiki Self-Treatment Circle is guided by Mark Straubel, Reiki Master Practitioner at NYC Reiki Center. Mark leads each session with steady, attentive presence, offering simple guidance and holding the structure of the practice so students can relax into self-treatment without effort or instruction.
The practice itself is simple and accessible. Students are encouraged to meet themselves where they are, whether self-treatment is new, inconsistent, or already well established. Practicing together helps normalize the experience and supports continuity over time.
Each session is one hour and consists of a guided group self-treatment practiced largely in silence. No instruction is given and no discussion is required. The emphasis is on returning, again and again, to practice.
This Reiki Self-Treatment Circle is offered online via Zoom each Wednesday.
