The Reiki Alliance 2025: A Gathering of Energy, Growth, and Connection

When I was a Reiki Master Candidate apprenticing under Reiki Master Elaine Abrams, she always encouraged me to attend Reiki gatherings. At these events and conferences, we generate a powerful field of energy that transforms not only ourselves but also the environment around us. Anyone who steps into this space can feel its impact. Each time I participate, I leave feeling renewed filled with energy, inspiration, and fresh ideas for the future. While the topics we discuss are valuable, the true gift lies in simply being present within the collective energy field of Reiki Masters. That’s why I make it a priority to attend every year whenever possible.

This year, 150 participants from 22 countries came together. As we shared stories, envisioned the future of The Reiki Alliance, offered Reiki treatments to one another, laughed, hugged, and danced, I was deeply moved by a powerful blend of emotions. The sheer magnitude of Reiki energy can feel overwhelming at times, yet within it, I always find profound joy and gratitude. Each gathering leaves me transformed, a reminder of my ongoing spiritual growth. Over the years, these conferences have not only enriched my practice but also allowed me to build lasting friendships and professional connections it’s always a gift to reconnect in person.

This year also marked an important milestone for The Reiki Alliance: the inclusion of Reiki students through the newly created TRA Student Circle. At our most recent conference, we welcomed 15 students a significant step for an organization that has long been exclusive to Reiki Masters. There’s a palpable sense of openness, a welcoming of fresh energy, and a creation of new opportunities for exchange and personal development. The TRA Student Circle has launched its own website and now offers monthly webinars with renowned Reiki Masters, providing students with ongoing opportunities to learn, share ideas, and deepen their experiences
