On November 18, 2023, I initiated Sonia Elena Ramos as a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing, Usui Shiki Ryoho. Sonia, a mental health counselor, is an exceptional teacher, having spent a decade teaching in New York City schools. She first learned Reiki in 2015, and spent almost 8 years practicing and working toward her Master initiation. She was led by her dream of integrating counseling with Reiki treatments.
