Reiki Meditation Class
Reiki Meditation (Hatsurei-ho) brings an increased flow of Reiki into the tanden, an energy center located below the navel. Experience deeper peace and mental stillness, while aches, pains, and stress melt away. This daily practice brings strength and clarity for a successful life.

Self-Treatment Circle
The Reiki Self-Treatment Circle supports students in maintaining a steady self-treatment practice after training. Through weekly guided group sessions, students return regularly to the foundations of Reiki, strengthening consistency, presence, and connection to their practice over time.
